Zuhrah Amateur Radio Corps
Zuhrah’s Amateur Radio Corps (Z.A.R.C.) was formed to provide communication for Temple activities, such as parades and other events. An amateur radio system that is in operation in Zuhrah Shrine Center can be used to contact other temples and their nobles and provide communications when other means are unavailable.

An amateur radio station has been established at the Twin Cities Shrine Hospital for Children. This not only introduces a potential "hobby" for the patients, but serves a practical use as a means of communication between the children and their families in their homes throughout the world!

Another project of the Z.A.R.C. has been to provide a system of headphones for visually disabled/blind children in attendance at the Annual Shrine Circus, with narration of the circus activities being given by a local T.V. personality!

The Zuhrah Shrine Center station can be used to introduce prospective members to this exciting world. Members of the Z.A.R.C. meet at the Zuhrah Shrine Center for a 1:00 unit meeting on the second Wednesday of each month - you are most welcome to attend!!
