Robbinsdale Area Shrine Club

Organized in 1949, the Robbinsdale Area Shrine Club (R.A.S.C.) has become a focal point for Masonic Shrine members residing in the northwestern suburbs of Hennepin County. Among the communities included in this area are Robbinsdale, New Hope, Plymouth, Maple Grove, Wayzata, Brooklyn Park and Brooklyn Center.

The R.A.S.C. conducts two pancake breakfasts each year,  one in April and the second in mid-September. Breakfasts are served to over 2,000 people, helping the club raise income for their social activities and philanthropic events. Such an event is the annual Christmas Basket Project whereby the club reaches out to the needy of the northern metropolitan suburbs.

Dinner meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month at Golden Valley VFW (Medicine Lake Road and Winnetka), with a 5:00 social hour and 6:00 dinner
